If you missed the exhibit at the Burke Museum, definitely check out this book. Very enlightening to compare our diet to the rest of the world's. Many surprises, too! I enjoyed and learned from this book. Fab photos galore!

A beautiful book, wonderful photos. Fascinating to have clear illustration of the relationship between food and health, fast food and obesity. Can lead to a good examination of one's own eating. And some good and interesting recipes too!

What an excellent book - I would have loved to see a Canadian entry, still it's eye opening to see what the rest of the world eats.
