Very good advice. Wonderful for any teenager, I would recommend it to anyone from the age of 12-19.

My 15 year old daughter is going to this phase in her life and the book was wonderful. I ended up buying it as it is a great reference book, has quizzes. She took on the school bus and other teens started looking at it. It is a keeper.
