can i say that this book was a hard read, but it really forced me to take a look at myself and the relationships that i had. i wished that i had read it a lot sooner. i am now willing to face and take responsibility and go to a greater level. if give this book an A+. please keep in mind if you are not ready to change, it may not be the book for you. if you are wanting a different outcome in your life and to break some patterns then by all means jump in and see your reflection!

Everyone should read this book -especially women. Explains the often complicated dynamics involved in relationships. Forces an introspection within your own soul and reveals whatever sickness may lie dormant. It's not what the title implies, that there is too much love, but what is the motivation behind the act of pleasing others at the cost of leaving yourself empty and unhappy. Dealing with denial and control issues while changing your attitude and learning to love yourself and your life is a definite win-win situation.
