Birdy says: "I smile at myself every morning. I think the first person you see each day should look happy to see you." She's right! If your spirits need a little lift Birdy and her dog French Fry are there to help. Her advice is to smile, smile, smile (unless broccoli is involved). Funny, bright and giggle inducing!
