I renewed this DVD 12 times until I was able to buy it. I already had the form bands at home, but if you don't have them you can use resistant bands from Five Below or nothing at all. This workout is for ANYONE at any level of fitness. Four basic steps are walk, knee lifts, side steps and kicks. If you can do these basic steps you can do the workout. The music is really upbeat and it hard not to sing along, the energy is a great tempo for maintaining or losing weight. I HIGHLY recommend this or any Leslie Sansone DVD.
