This is an insane workout, which includes moves that not even I could do! If you're just beginning to workout do not do this workout. It is highly recommended that you be at least intermediate level with a good level of fitness. Ideally, you should also not have any permanent bodily problems like back and knee trouble. I personally had back surgery a few years back so I cannot do high impact. In regards to this film, I follow the modifier. There are some moves that, even with a modifier, I would not do. It's really up to the person, their body and how they feel at the time. The equipment used are free weights and a mat. You can use whatever amount of weight you deem necessary for your fitness level. I personally use 5-10 lbs for this sort of thing. If you're the person who cannot jump due to injury or whatever (like me), stick to the modifier or just avoid those moves. Oh yeah, don't forget to warm-up and stretch!
