This is an excellent cookbook, I've tried many recipes and they are very simple to make and nice to know you aren't packing on the calories. Highly recommended for fellow cooks out there, and even people who don't like to cook.

Excellent cookbook for those wanting to eat healthy and also to watch calorie counts. I tried a lot of recipes from it and they were delicious. I even repeated a few of them to serve at dinner parties, one example the mini-mocha cheesecakes was a big hit and low in calories too. I am going to buy a copy for my cookbook collection.
