Add a CommentI liked this book so much that I had to buy a copy of my own. It contains many options for raw and healthy vegan eating. After owning it for several months, I find myself referring often to the outstanding recipes. Some are complicated (and delicious), many are fairly simple but still very good. Great book!
practical in every sense. offers great alternatives and convenience with both raw and cooked options for each recipe. one of the best raw cookbooks I have gotten from NYPL so far.
