The action and events in Boston intensify considerably in the second season of Being Human (the American version of the series). A scramble to appoint the head vampire in Boston is quickly decided by Mother, appointing her daughter, who had been grounded for eighty years or so. Sally becomes haunted by an evil spirit. The evil spirit offers Sally a purpose for hanging around rather than passing on. Josh and his girlfriend befriend some pure bred werewolves but soon regret ever meeting them. The story lines and special effects are better in the American version of this series although some people understandably prefer the UK (BBC) version. Both series are great entertainment for fans of ghosts, vampires and werewolves.
