Poached is the definition of awesomeness itself. Teddy Fitzroy is is the suspect of a crime: kidnapping a koala! Teddy and his friend Summer have to find the real suspect otherwise Teddy will be thrown in jail. All in all, I think that Poached is a great definition of awesomeness.
Part of the "FunJungle" series, this is another adventure starring 12-year-old Teddy Fitzroy. His life ought to be totally cool. After all, both of his parents work at Funjungle--a Texas animal and amusement park. That means Teddy lives there too. However, a bully at school is causing pain, literally, and another mystery rears its ugly head with Teddy, once again, as the prime suspect. Can our young hero defeat the bully, save the kidnapped koala, and keep himself out of prison? I must admit I've recently stumbled onto Stuart Gibbs and am thoroughly enjoying all his books. While ostensibly for middle schoolers these books are LONG and a lot of fun. Adults will enjoy them, too.
after the amazing story of "belly up" i hope this is as good as it should be
After I read Belly Up, I simply had to ready this book. Unlike Belly Up, I think it was really obvious who stole Kazoo. But still, it was an awesome read.
I wish Summer was in it more though...
Poached is another great Funjungle adventure with Teddy Fitzroy. It all starts when Vance Jeesup the school bully forces him to drop manequin dummy parts in the shark tank. So he has to hide somewhere so he finds the koala exhibit door open and hides there but the same night the koala is kidnapped the evidence is piling up against Teddy can he prove he didnt do it?
Who would steal an innocent koala? This is a hilarious mystery about one of the cutest animals in the world.
