How disappointing can it be?...its got Keanu as a star and everyone knows this guy CANNOT ACT !!!!...without any special effects or good story he is NOT someone you watch a movie for.

I expected a better movie from Keanu. This movie is really boring. He is better in action movies.

Succinct "Summary" above. My take - when investigating the murder of his partner, a lonely and damaged detective "exposed" the dark secrets of a self-absorbed young woman and criminal elements in the Washington Heights and Bronx communities. As written on the DVD cover - "Some Secrets Are Better Left Buried." A decent multilayered crime story that the people and events were not at all apparent until the final scenes.

Weird. Two actors from "Knock Knock". Crazy or gifted? You be the judge. Disappointing Keanu film.

What a bad movie. A lot is in Spanish and I has to look it up in Wikepedia to figure out the plot.

Outstanding. This film is a surreal / thriller bi-lingual drama and somehow vague to absorb at first. Maybe there are too many unreal movies that when we come across a possible real one it seems too odd. Though it's deep, heavy and a bit dark and it focuses on child sexual abuse, violence against women, mass incarceration, and police violence. The main character has a fugue symptom (a rare psychiatric disorder characterized by reversible amnesia for personal identity, including memories and personality) that can puzzle the viewer till the end of the story where everything falls into place.
This film is not a usual / popular flick for everyone though has a heritage of the golden days of hollywood products.

HORRIBLE movie. Do NOT waste your time. Trust me, DON'T. Subtitles are usually an option but this movie is mostly spoken Spanish w English subtitles and minimal English spoken, usually only when Keanu is in the scene.(which is seldom) He walks thru this movie w stilted yet obvious wtf? demeanor. Story is BEYOND weird & extremely hard to follow w any comprehension. I finally shut it off half way thru. I don't care how it ends.
If U want good Keanu get "John Wick" (violent but AWESOME) or "The Lake House" 4 romance genre.

Elisa.
-Who?
Elisa. I suspect something is not okay. I don't know...

If you want to leave, you can leave. But it ain't no good being alone. ... Your wife is dead, my husband's dead.

Since I was little, I always loved the name Elisa. And I told all my friends to call me that. You have a very, very beautiful name. Let's go. Let's go.
-Yes, Isabel.

Isabel... Why are you here?
-Everything is okay, Elisa. Everything is okay.
