This is a two-disc set: the first DVD contains two 30-minute full-body workouts by Sahra Esmonde-White (Miranda's daughter), and the second DVD contains four 15-minute workouts by Miranda that target feet, hips, shoulders and posture. While Sahra does a fine job, I prefer her mom's instruction -- a bit slower, more details, a better "pep talk." Plus Miranda is over 60 (while her daughter looks to be in her 20s or early 30s) so she understands the pain and mobility issues an over-40 person might be dealing with. I would check out all-Miranda workouts before I'd do this one again.
