Great first book of the series. Both I and my teen step-daughter thoroughly enjoyed the cliff hanger end

Far less thriller-y than I was hoping...Not to sound like a monster, but I actually found myself feeling disappointment when the creepy group in the woods didn't end up hunting the teens for sport. It was an intriguing premise that just fell a little flat for me.

Honestly, don't waste your time. This book is filled with so many ridiculous twists and turns, that the stunts just become meaningless...and those twists turn out to be incredibly predictable. Her other book, Reconstructing Amelia, is a much better page-turning read.

Always emotionally fragile, Wylie is struggling to hold it together since her Mom died in a car accident. When her best friend Cassie disappears, she gets an urgent text to come and find her. Why has Cassie been taken, where is she and what does her Father's research have to do with all of it?
