What if Darth Vader took an active role in raising his son? What if "Luke, I am your father" was just a stern admonishment from an annoyed dad? In this hilarious and sweet comic reimagining, Darth Vader is a dad like any other-except with all the baggage of being the Dark Lord of the Sith. Celebrated artist Jeffrey Brown's delightful illustrations give classic Star Wars® moments a fresh twist, presenting the trials and joys of parenting through the lens of a galaxy far, far away. Life lessons include lightsaber batting practice, using the Force to raid the cookie jar, Take Your Child to Work Day on the Death Star ("Er, he looks just like you, Lord Vader!"), and the special bond shared between any father and son.

This book is hilarious! Vader's Little Princess is also really funny, if you liked this one.

Jeffrey Brown’s - Darth Vader and Son, clearly mislabelled as an Adult – Graphic Novel & Comic. It should have been rated as Juvenile. Hilarious; should be rated for children but teens and adults will find it funny too. Doctor-at-Bass! T. A.

This is so funny. Parenting is the real danger in Vader's life here, and it is fraught with peril.
My only complaint is that this is more for parents than kids.

This is one of the cutest books that I have ever read. If you can recognize the words Star and Wars, This is a book for you. Honestly, it is a family fun book. I'm fourteen, I loved. So did my Mom, my Dad, my 7 year old brother, and my 11 year old sister. It is for ALL AGES!

READ IT!!!!!!!

It makes me sad to think that this is the life Vader and Luke could have had.

This is a collection of single panel cartoons like you might see in a Sunday paper. Each one imagines what the Star Wars universe might have been like if Darth Vader had to raise Luke Skywalker as a single parent. Jeffrey Brown loves Star Wars and he takes that love and a keen knowledge of children and combines it to make these silly little cartoons. If you love Star Wars, you will love this book. I sure did.
