Excellent cookbook for those wanting to eat healthy and also to watch calorie counts. I tried a lot of recipes from it and they were delicious. I even repeated a few of them to serve at dinner parties, one example the mini-mocha cheesecakes was a big hit and low in calories too. I am going to buy a copy for my cookbook collection.
