I loved the recipes and Turners' meat alternatives. Unfortunately, this book will not make my family vegan or vegetarian. She uses tricks I already do - add lots of cheese or hide more vegetables in the meal. The no bake zucchini manicotti is one recipes I would love to try as well as her simple granola bars. Turner's Balsamic Roasted Beet and Cheese Galette looks so impressive for company. She also discusses how to remake your favourite holiday meal recipes and make them crowd pleasers. This book is a great jumping off point for those people whose children or extended family members are becoming vegans.
