A great reference, HOWEVER, I must say that the French Onion Soup recipe had failed, despite following the author's directions for pot settings to T, so just be warned of that one. After 10 hours, little liquid on the bottom, most of the onion slices were still raw and solid, and the butter hadn't melted on top. Disappointed.
